Per Project Rate:
$10 an hour; Small projects $2 per page
We provide quotes per project based on the complexity and duration of the project.. Please contact us for a free consultation.
Monthly Retainer:
Our goal is to foster ongoing partnerships with our clients . We therefore offer the following monthly retainer options to clients who need support on a continual basis.
Our retainer terms are as follows:
Hourly Rates: We utilize this hourly rate for general administrative tasks
- Retainer contracts are for a minimum of 1 month.
- 1/2 of the payment are due in advance; other 1/2 upon completion of assignment
- Additional hours will be billed at the standard hourly rate.
- Retainer fees are non-refundable, but unused hours will be carried over to the next month
- Retainer options are re-negotiable to suit your changing needs
Clients using 40 - 59 hours of services per month will be billed at a discounted rate of 5% off our regular hourly rates.
Executive Platinum Partner:
Clients requiring 60 hours of our services per month will enjoy a 10% discount off our regular rates.
Our Terms
- We require a signed acceptance of our contract prior to commencement of work.
- We require a payment of 50% of the cost of special projects before work commences on the project.
- Incidental expenses such as courier costs, postage, and long distance and international calls will be detailed and billed separately.
- Payment is due on receipt of invoice.
- We accept payments by cheques, certified and cashier's cheques, and money orders.
- We accept payment online through Paypal.
- Cheques returned to us will be subject to a $30.00 service charge.
- " Rush" orders will be subject to an additional 20% charge.
